479 902 foreign tourists visited Bulgaria for leisure and recreation, which is an increase of 11.1% for the period January-March 2013 compared to the same period in 2012.
33 239 arrivals of tourists, visiting relatives and friends in Bulgaria, which is an increase of 15.4% for the period January-February 2013 compared to 2012.
243 643 transit visitors for the period January-March 2013, which is increase of 7.5% compared to the same period in 2012.
The revenues from international tourism for the period January – February 2013 totaled 213.5 million euro, 7.2% up compared with 2012 level for the same period.
