Blue Week is a series of events in three countries, celebrating the international Danube Day June 29th

 This year, the Blue Week Festival is organized in partnership with Tourism organization of Belgrade, Association Cyclomaniacs from Drobeta Turnu Severin, Danube wineries, Focal Point Destination Danube and Municipality of Ruse.
Activities are organized around the themes of Culture, Nature and Active tourism on the Danube, promoting the ideas of sustainable tourism development, biodiversity and cross-border cooperation.
he Blue & Wine gives the opportunity to selected wine producers from the Danube region to increase visibility on the local and regional level and for networking and business creation. It’s the place where public can meet, taste and explore wines from the Region.
The ever growing BIKE FEST is attracting cyclists from Romania and neighboring countries as well as cyclotourists in transit on Eurovelo 6 to celebrate the Danube. The cross-border nature of the Bike Fest contributes efficiently to promotion of the Iron Gate area and active experience of the Danube.
For 11th year in a row BELGRADE BOAT CARNIVAL celebrates Danube and Sava river with traditional parade of decorated boats, concert on the river and on the river bank, street animation and children workshop, souvenir and old crafts fair and eco info points – education about green economy.
