CULINARY EXHIBITION UNIQUE BANSKO

Initiated by the Associations of Tourism Union Business Bansko and Bansko’s traditional Family Taverns – Unique Bansko, with the support of Bansko Municipality for the fourth consecutive year, we will surprise tourists with culinary exhibition with an open-air celebration, a combination of local folklore, customs, and Bansko’s cuisine prepared by local taverns. Alongside plates filled with traditional Bulgarian meals like kapama, chomlek, kazel with kombari dishes, colorful tents will be set up, adorned with red-and-white tablecloths and garlands, showing the local ensembles from the community center in the town. The exhibition will give a chance to feel the magic of Bansko traditions.
