The city of Varna has been designated as the seat of the Management Organization of Varna Black Sea Tourism Region. The following municipalities are included in the territory of the region: Avren, Aksakovo, Balchik, Beloslav, Varna, Vetrino, Vulchi dol, General Toshevo, Devnya, Dobrich, Dolni Chiflik, Dulgopol, Kavarna, Kaspichan, Krushari, Novi Pazar, Shumen, Provadya, Smyadovo, Suvorovo, Teteven, Shabla, Byala, Veliki Preslav.

The territory of the region includes three of the largest and famous seaside resort in the country –  “St. Constantine and Helena”, “Golden Sands” and  “Albena”.

The main specialization in Varna Black sea tourism region is the development of sea and sport tourism. According to the expanded specialization in the region are also developing the recreational, cultural-historical, wine, festival, MICE and eco tourism.
